Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Key Responsibilities / Authorities:
- Manage execution of digital merchandising strategy for the responsible category or categories on adidas.com and adidas App, and provide analysis and weekly/monthly reports of category performance.
- Provide input into sitewide merchandising strategy across categories and adapt output to meet the needs of consumers in local markets.
- Contribute to market product range optimization based on global guidance and consumer demand, and establish stakeholder processes for flagging risks and/or opportunities.
- Manage product sell-through by utilizing merchandising toolsets, with a focus on sorting rules, product placement, evergreen content, page content, third-party vendors and site configuration.
- Work with the analytics team to ensure reporting and KPI frameworks for merchandising decisions and ongoing improvements that can be tracked and validated.
- Work closely with Marketing Activation, CRM, Buying, Site Ops, Consumer Experience and other marketing channels to ensure wider cross-channel campaigns translate into logical site experiences.
- Manage merchandising based on the monthly activation calendar and quarterly business priorities, and ensure ongoing updates give visibility on plans and business output to wider stakeholders and the leadership team.
- Contribute to onsite playbooks and best practices for common merchandising processes, ensuring adaptation to seasonal differences and trends.
- Bring a strong commercial eye to the respective categories and their trading performance, continuously driving optimizations and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve trading performance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Creative and energetic team player with a passion for digital merchandising and delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements.
- Good understanding of digital analytics, including analytical software such as Adobe and GA.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with comfort presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a digital merchandising or eCommerce site experience optimization role.
- BA / BS in Merchandising, eCommerce, Finance, Business, Digital or a related field; Master’s / Graduate qualification is a plus.
- Experience in digital analytics, specifically Adobe, is required.
