What we look for

• A completed university degree, preferably in business administration, business economics or finance.
• Preferably also a postgraduate course.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in the Finance & Technology domain.
• Thorough knowledge of financial processes and systems.
• Evident experience in both sales and delivery of consultancy assignments.
• Capability to manage multidisciplinary teams and excellent people management capabilities.
• Good communication and social skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly at all layers of the organization about complex issues.
• Excellent professional proficiency in Dutch and English, spoken and written.

At Deloitte we’re looking for a Finance Professional who can work together with our clients to make the transition to a future-proof finance function.

As a (Senior) Manager at Finance & Performance, you will be working in a multidisciplinary team dedicated to a great variety of projects, both in profit and non-profit organizations. As a finance professional you understand how decision-makers are making use of technological innovations and driving attainable, future-proof strategies within the finance function.

You are innovative and creative and like to proactively translate market knowledge to solutions and propositions. You motivate and inspire, and you coach colleagues from junior to senior level. You’re capable of reflecting your enthusiasm on to your team and your clients. On a daily basis you’re jointly responsible for the expansion of our division, and you’re combining your own experience with the (inter)national Deloitte methodologies.

How do you do this?

As a Digital Planning Transformation (Senior) Manager you support your clients in leading digital planning transformations, transitioning their finance function towards the role of strategic advisor, by:

• Formulating future (digital) strategies for planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Inspiring clients with latest trends and best practices to shape the ambition in digital planning through technology and data analytics.
• Reinventing and transforming business planning elements to enable the business to drive strategy execution.
• Analyzing and improving current planning processes through application of the latest technologies.
• Project management of the delivery of planning, budgeting and forecasting solutions for our strategic clients, with Anaplan, Oracle, OneStream and SAP as our key partner.
• Growing long-term relationships with strategic partners.

Your project activities mainly consist of:

• Independently managing (sub)projects.
• Actively contributing to preparations and working on propositions and the Deloitte methodology in order to make an impact.
• Managing projects and managing other (junior/senior) consultants and sharing knowledge.
• Being responsible for the execution of projects and delivering the best and most suitable end product, where continuous coordination with the customer is key.
