Job Summary

As a Manager, Renewals Sales team, your efforts will directly impact the overall strategy and success of a world-leading cybersecurity business. You will collaborate on complex business and technology problems that are top-of-mind for executives, particularly as they relate to key partnerships with strategic value to the business. You will lead initiatives with stakeholders to formulate mutually beneficial and measurable outcomes for technical and business objectives with strategic partners. You possess a unique blend of business insight, business strategy experience, big-picture thinking, influencing skills, and the ability to collaborate with a large number of constituents within Palo Alto Networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall day-to-day renewal operations of an assigned territory and direct reports (4–6).
  • Motivate your team to drive pipeline development and revenues through renewal sales efforts leveraging the partner network.
  • Accurately forecast to leadership teams and drive a committed number on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to Renewals Management, including VP level.
  • Provide coaching and development of subordinates through bi-weekly 1-to-1s.
  • Supervise and assist direct reports on large deals through to completion.
  • Evaluate and document your direct reports based on key metrics and goals set by leadership.
  • Monitor the outbound efforts of assigned renewals reps by tracking and reporting weekly activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify strategies to achieve sales goals and uncover new, high-value opportunities alongside renewals.
  • Provide accurate, ongoing reporting through the continuous update and maintenance of necessary reports in Salesforce and other tools and applications.
  • Provide support for renewal escalations and your assigned districts.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years experience in managing diverse enterprise renewals/sales teams.
  • At least 3+ years experience in leading 8–15 people, in office and remote work environments.
  • At least 3+ years experience in hiring, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Proven experience with channel/partner sales models, renewals, and upsells.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve renewal/sales team goals through your leadership.
  • Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, as well as adapt to changing needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to work on many projects concurrently.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and Salesforce skills.
  • Fluent French is required.
