Food and drinks are at the heart of The Social Hub experience, and as F&B Manager you’ll lead the outlets across restaurant, bar, café, and events, making sure guests leave with stories to tell and reasons to come back. You’ll work side by side with the Head Chef to keep service and kitchen in sync, while building a motivated team that knows how to deliver quality with energy. You’ll also keep a close eye on budgets and performance without losing sight of the guest experience.
This role is all about balancing creativity, operations, and people leadership. If you’re a coach at heart, a strategist by nature, and thrive on empowering others to shine, this is your playground.
