We’re looking for a Membership Operations intern to join the Membership team. This role offers a great opportunity to develop yourself while working with a wide range of operational teams. You will help deliver support, improve internal processes, maintain a structured workflow, and help manage and shape projects. On a daily basis, you will work closely from The Support Hub to support the Coworking, Meeting & Events, and Membership teams across 21 locations.

You will join the team at our headquarters in Amsterdam for a period of 6–7 months, starting August / September 2026.

Known for being rule breakers in hospitality, TSH offers a fun, creative, and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn, and play, and most importantly, be themselves. As an employer, we look, act, and think like a hotel, but offer much more, including student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bars, eat & drink escapes, as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept is growing with global ambitions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide reactive operational support by answering questions and solving problems across multiple platforms related to Coworking, Meeting & Events, and Membership.
  • Help standardize processes, tools, and workflows for operations.
  • Support projects through internal research, quality work, and operational procedures.
  • Track deadlines and agendas, and take charge of projects.
  • Help host monthly meetings for the operational teams.
  • Assist with the development of training, both in-person and e-learning.
  • Conceptualize reports and highlights through data analysis.

What You’ll Have:

  • Be enrolled in a University or University of Applied Sciences (WO/HBO) as a student.
  • Be fluent in English, written and spoken; other European languages are a bonus.
  • Be legally permitted to work and live in The Netherlands.
  • Be available for a full-time internship and work 40 hours per week.
  • Be able to work from the Amsterdam-based support hub.
  • Have an eagerness to develop in project management in an operational environment, with the ability to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Be a creative thinker who enjoys challenging the classic way of doing things.
  • Be detail oriented and enjoy assessing operational procedures.
  • Be tech-savvy and eager to learn different systems used by each operational team.

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
  • The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change.
  • The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth.
  • Awesome discounts in all properties in Europe for you, your friends, and your family.
  • A wonderful workplace full of events, fun colleagues, and additional salary and benefits.

The Social Hub is much more than a hotel. In our boundary-blurring spaces we bring together a new generation of bold change-makers to connect, learn, stay, work, and play. Creating memorable experiences for our community of hotel guests, students, creatives, enterprising minds and anyone in between.
