At Hunkemöller, it’s about more than working in retail—it’s about your passion for retail and creating beautiful moments for our customers and colleagues. Together we create an inspiring working environment where everyone feels welcome, and successes are shared. Starting in September 2026, you can become part of the Best Internship in Retail (BIIR) Program, alongside 50+ fellow interns.

Be part of a newly developed, exciting Channel team that supports the strategic growth of ECOM and 3rd party business.

The Channel merchandising team works across all Hunkemöller own websites plus wholesale, concession and marketplace models. We are also responsible for merchandising our outlet retail stores.

What will you do?

  • Run the data and analysis required to review sales performance on each of our channels.
  • Support the planner to help ensure optimal stock position across all channels.
  • Help the channel team monitor and rebalance width and depth of options on the Hunkemöller website.
  • Evaluate e-commerce sales performance and stock position, implementing any required improvement measures.
  • Regularly review the Hunkemöller website, checking new products and the shopping experience to ensure we are delivering the best customer experience.
  • Help pull together analysis on size performance across channels and countries to identify e-commerce biases and optimize sales potential.
  • Review data on slow-moving inventory to support the channel team with effective terminal strategies.
  • Learn to work in a fast-paced work environment while supporting the merchandising team with ad hoc analysis.

About you!

  • You are passionate about optimising sales and profit through effective stock planning across our e-commerce platforms and 3rd party partners.
  • You are comfortable analysing large data sets; strong Excel skills are a great advantage for this role.
  • You’ve finished the first few semesters of your HBO/Bachelor/Master studies, ideally in Business studies, Mathematics or a similar field, and are still enrolled for the full duration of the internship.
  • You are familiar with Excel and eager to keep improving your skills.
  • Your way of working can be described as proactive and organized, and you know or want to learn how to plan well and set priorities.
  • You are fluent in English.

What do we offer you?

  • The Best Internship in Retail (BIIR): Be part of an exceptional internship program with 50 other fellow interns, filled with diverse learning opportunities such as Personal Branding and Business Innovation & Presenting trainings, the CEO Q&A, a Dragons’ Den, and more.

  • Work From Home (WFH) Policy: For 40-hour internships, you are allowed to work from home up to 3 days per week, depending on the nature of your role. During onboarding, WFH days may vary to better support your learning and training.
  • Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).
  • Travel Allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.
  • Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount, a company laptop, and company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks.
