As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) Cards Transactions and Card Usage, you shape how customers experience debit and credit cards across countries. You take ownership of meaningful parts of the journey and turn customer insights, data, and business goals into concrete improvements. You help define propositions, set priorities, and deliver changes that customers genuinely notice—making a real impact on how millions of people pay every day.
You own and improve the journeys for card transactions or features end-to-end: from understanding customer needs and commercial goals, to shaping solutions and bringing them live. Keeping our processes stable and secure is key in the daily lives of our customers. You collaborate closely with engineers and external and internal stakeholders from other domains.
You balance customer experience, commercial impact, and feasibility, and you help the team make clear choices in a complex payments environment. Over time, you expand your scope and influence across larger parts of the card domain.
You deliver card improvements that are clear, valuable, and widely used by customers. Stakeholders trust your judgment, your structure, and your ability to move things forward. You are initiative-taking, take responsibility for outcomes, and steadily grow your impact across the card domain.
