At Hunkemöller, we are building a digital experience where every woman can discover her perfect fit, choose with confidence, and return because she feels understood. As a Webshop Coordinator, you bring our webshop to life. You plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, inspirational and informational content, and promotions that not only delight and engage customers but also drive revenue, conversion, and brand loyalty. You combine creativity with commercial insight, ensuring every content touchpoint is impactful, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals.

Your Tasks

Your Role

As a Webshop Coordinator, you are the creative and strategic engine behind our webshop campaigns, content, and promotions. You take ownership of the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns, homepage and landing page content, inspirational and informational modules, user-generated product content, and all promotions across web and app.

You ensure every touchpoint and promotion is accurate, visually compelling, and commercially effective, monitoring performance closely and taking action if results fall short. You work closely with Customer Journey, Online Merchandising, and On-Site Search specialists within the team. You align with the Marketing department to coordinate campaigns, launches, and promotions across channels, ensuring timing, messaging, and targeting are optimized for maximum impact. You also collaborate with the Product & Experience team to integrate content and promotion initiatives into the broader digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and innovation projects.

While operational excellence is essential, delivering content and promotions on time and to high standards, you are encouraged to adopt a test-and-learn mentality wherever possible, using insights to make smart improvements and bring creative ideas to life.

In this role, you balance creative ownership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, making sure your campaigns and promotions not only look great but perform commercially and support the overall customer journey.
