Als Senior Revenue Manager maak je deel uit van Airline Commercial binnen Revenue Management en rapporteer je aan de Head of Revenue Management: Long Haul of Short Haul.
In deze rol voer je strategische prijs- en inventorybeslissingen uit voor TUI Airline, waarbij je de omzet maximaliseert binnen je toegewezen routeportfolio en optreedt als een vertrouwde partner voor stakeholders binnen vijf luchtvaartmaatschappijen en meerdere bronmarkten.
Deze vacature kan gevestigd zijn op een van onze hoofdkantoren in Zaventem of Oostende, Luton, Stockholm, Rijswijk en Hannover.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll execute revenue management strategies for your assigned routes, focusing on maximising yield and revenue per available seat kilometer while meeting profitability targets.
- You'll manage dedicated revenue budgets in your route portfolio, conducting regular forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning to track performance against targets.
- You’ll take revenue opportunities from flight ancillaries into account while optimizing the revenue per passenger on your routes.
- You'll operate AI-driven revenue management systems to adjust pricing and inventory in real-time, ensuring competitive positioning and maximum revenue capture.
- You'll serve as the primary interface to internal stakeholders, translating revenue insights into actionable recommendations while maintaining constructive relationships with partners.
- You'll perform revenue simulations to evaluate the impact of market changes, pricing adjustments, or capacity shifts, providing recommendations to mitigate revenue risk.
- You'll develop trusted relationships with revenue managers at partner airlines and tour operators, identifying opportunities to adjust allotments based on demand patterns.
ABOUT YOU
- You have deep knowledge of airline revenue management, pricing strategy, and inventory control across long haul and short haul driven networks.
- You possess a strategic and commercial mindset, able to translate business objectives into actionable pricing and inventory strategies considering multi-market dynamics.
- You're skilled in interpreting complex datasets, modeling pricing scenarios, and using AI-driven revenue management tools to drive decisions with substantial financial impact.
- You bring strong stakeholder management abilities, capable of interfacing with internal teams and external partners while building consensus across geographies.
- You have excellent communication skills, articulating complex revenue insights and recommendations to leadership through evidence and commercial reasoning.
- You understand airline network planning, product strategy, digital distribution, and competitive positioning to align revenue strategies with organisational goals.
- At least 3+ years in airline revenue management or a related department.
- For this role you need to be fluent in English.
