This training informs European law enforcement officials about methodologies and techniques in forensics and cybersecurity. The Exchange-bite also shares experience gained during the exchange, focusing on similarities and differences between the law enforcement institutions involved and strengthening knowledge on forensics and cybersecurity through planning a mutual training programme.

By the end of this Exchange-bite, the audience will be able to:

  • Enhance general knowledge and understanding of the European law enforcement community in forensics and cybersecurity;
  • Identify best practices in the countries involved in this Exchange Programme;
  • Describe the methodologies used at international and EU level related to forensics and cybersecurity;
  • Understand the European legal framework pertinent to forensics;
  • Summarise the differences between forensics and cybersecurity observed in the partner countries.
