At HEINEKEN, this internship offers the opportunity to support the development of digital learning within the Global Maintenance & Asset Care team.

The internship

Do you enjoy bringing people together, turning technical knowledge into engaging content, and using digital tools to help others learn? Then this internship could be a great fit.

We are looking for an intern to support the development of eLearning courses for our Global Maintenance & Asset Care team. You will play a key role in creating learning materials that help colleagues across our regions, hubs, and breweries become confident and competent users of our maintenance management systems.

Working with subject matter experts from across our global network, you will help translate technical knowledge into clear, engaging and practical learning content. This may include structuring course materials, creating digital learning content, supporting video development, working with avatars, gathering feedback, and testing whether the content works effectively for learners.

During the internship, you will also support the organisation and development of our online Asset Care Week: a global digital event that connects Maintenance & Asset Care colleagues, shares good practices, and brings learning content from across Global Supply Chain to life.

You will have the opportunity to build a strong global network and make deep dives into one or more topics of your choice, such as Maintenance Organisations, Spare Parts Management, Reliability Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Repair & Maintenance Budgeting, Maintenance Management Systems, and many more.

Your new team and workplace

Within the Global Maintenance & Asset Care team, we help shape how HEINEKEN maintains its production assets across our global brewery network. We connect with Maintenance organisations in more than 160 breweries worldwide, working together to share knowledge, improve standards, and strengthen Asset Care capability.

During your internship, you’ll have every opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as an organization, not just within your own team, but across departments. We trust and empower you to work with an entrepreneurial mindset. At HEINEKEN, we love bringing the outside world in and welcoming fresh, new ideas with open arms. Of course, we’ll make sure you get the guidance that suits you.

The unique you!

We believe everyone has unique talents, which is why we’re looking for you! Energy, drive and the ambition to grow are what make the difference at HEINEKEN. In addition, you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student.
  • Background in Technical or Engineering studies, Industrial Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Learning & Development, Digital Learning, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital content creation, eLearning, video creation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Affinity with Maintenance, Engineering, Asset Care, or technical learning environments.
  • Comfortable working in English, as this is the company language.

Even if you feel you don’t meet all the criteria, we encourage you to apply. An internship is the perfect opportunity to learn and grow!
