FrieslandCampina is strengthening the Global Asset Care Excellence team and is looking for a Global Asset Care Excellence Coach.

Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
In this role you are required to travel to sites across locations in the Netherlands and possibly other EU countries. A company car is part of the package.
As a Global Asset Care Excellent Coach you will work closely together with all stakeholders of our sites to help in delivery of the site objectives. Together with site maintenance teams you will develop and implement the site Asset Care strategy aligned with the site objectives. You will coach the site maintenance teams to enhance the capabilities to ensure long term reliability and availability of our production lines. Part of your responsibility within the global team is to develop new-, and improve existing- Asset Care standards and processes. You will deliver training programs to build capabilities in Asset Care and Operational Excellence principles and methodologies as part of Our Way of Working.
The Global Asset Care team is a small team and part of the Global Operational Excellence team.
