As an IT Service Desk Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for tech hiccups, helping staff get back on track when systems or equipment act up. You’ll dive into tickets, troubleshoot issues, and learn the ins and outs of IT support in a vibrant, international environment. Along the way, you’ll pick up new skills, tackle real challenges, and grow your tech know-how. The team is supportive, cheerful, and always up for a laugh, so you’ll fit right in.
