As the IT Service Desk Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for tech issues, helping staff get back on track when systems or equipment act up. You’ll handle tickets, troubleshoot problems, and learn the ins and outs of IT support in a vibrant, international environment. Along the way, you’ll build new skills, tackle real challenges, and grow your technical knowledge. The team is supportive, cheerful, and always up for a laugh.
