Ready to be the friendly tech hero everyone at HQ and the hotels relies on? As the IT Service Desk Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for tech issues, helping staff get back on track when systems or equipment act up. You’ll handle tickets, troubleshoot problems, and learn the ins and outs of IT support in a vibrant, international environment. Along the way, you’ll build new skills, tackle real challenges, and grow your technical knowledge. The team is supportive, cheerful, and always up for a laugh.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide friendly 1st line IT support for HQ and hotel staff
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
  • Log, track, and follow up on support tickets
  • Manage IT stock control, update the CMDB, and ship devices to new users
  • Assist with system setups, updates, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the team to solve problems efficiently
  • Keep your work organised and accurate, even when things get busy
  • Learn and grow your IT skills in real-world scenarios

What You’ll Have

  • You’re studying MBO Computer Science or a related field
  • Some experience in Help Desk or IT support is a plus
  • You’re cheerful, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • You can think analytically and solve problems on the fly
  • You enjoy working in a team and communicating clearly
  • English is a must; local language is a nice bonus
  • A great sense of humour and willingness to learn
  • Must live in Amsterdam or Barcelona
