We’re on a mission to become the go-to destination for students across Europe to find a trusted home away from home. We make every step of the rental journey simple and seamless, so students can focus on what really matters: studying, exploring, and growing.

With HousingAnywhere, Kamernet, and Studapart under our roof, we’re Europe’s largest student rental platform.

Join the Commercial team, which consists of around 50 team members working across markets. Our mission is to ensure that every tenant who is actively looking for accommodation can always find a home through our platform.

Your role & Impact

As our new Growth & Lead Generation Manager, you will act as the technical architect for our automated lead intelligence, finding innovative ways to acquire and process leads. Your core purpose is to build scalable and repeatable acquisition engines that generate qualified leads and convert them into bookings. This role goes beyond merely sourcing leads; you will focus on designing, testing, and scaling lead generation strategies across multiple channels to improve acquisition predictability and support sustainable revenue growth.

Operating at an IC3 level, you will take responsibility for small projects or significant portions of larger automated lead intelligence initiatives. You are expected to show initiative, work independently to set your own task priorities, and consistently check in with your manager for feedback. You will also progressively absorb manual lead generation tasks currently handled within operations to build automated pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Experimentation

  • Define and execute the lead generation strategy across expansion markets, aligning with our commercial priorities.
  • Identify and prioritize acquisition channels (e.g., outbound, partnerships, platforms, data sourcing) and own the roadmap for scaling initiatives.
  • Design, run, and evaluate experiments across different channels, building a structured experimentation pipeline with clear hypotheses to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Systems, Automation & AI

  • End-to-End Automation: Develop scalable systems and oversee automation logic utilizing tools like Workflows, Zapier, Make, or n8n to reduce manual processes.
  • Scraper Management: Oversee scraper design and connector integration to ensure a steady and reliable flow of lead data.
  • AI Integration: Drive AI implementation within our lead generation efforts and perform rigorous quality checks on AI-driven outputs.
  • Process Documentation: Take full ownership of accurately documenting all lead intelligence mechanisms, scraper designs, and automation flows.

Data & Performance Optimization

  • Lead Scoring: Develop, refine, and maintain a scoring system dedicated to evaluating and revitalizing older leads.
  • Monitor and optimize performance across the entire funnel, from initial lead to first booking.
  • Improve targeting and segmentation to increase lead quality and use data analysis to support and improve team decision-making.

Vendor Management & Collaboration

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors or partners contributing to lead generation, establishing performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Regional Managers, and Revenue Ops to align priorities, translate commercial needs into actionable initiatives, and ensure proper tracking and attribution.

Your Profile

  • Proven hands-on experience in Growth & Lead Generation.
  • Technical proficiency in Python or a strong grasp of underlying coding logic mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience working within CRM (preferably HubSpot).
  • Solid understanding of automation logic and tools, specifically Zapier, Make, or n8n.
  • Experience in scraper design and automation implementation.
  • A strong growth mindset with the ability to connect daily tasks to the wider organizational goals of the company.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep track of responsibilities, meet strict deadlines, and actively seek feedback to improve your work.
  • Core competencies include: Structured Thinking & Problem Solving, Communication & Stakeholder Management, Commercial Acumen, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
