In this role, you’ll translate the broader product vision into a clear team direction and create an environment where your team ships valuable features that make a measurable difference for customers and the business.

Meet the team

As Product Owner Web, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team (engineering, UX, analysts, QA, business representatives), work closely with other Product Owners, and report to the Head of Product Web.

Key Responsibilities

Please note that the role may evolve over time as the product and organization develop.

  • Own and prioritise the team backlog, translating strategy into clear, actionable work that drives customer and business impact
  • Turn ambiguity into action by making informed decisions with imperfect data and clear trade-offs
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product improvements
  • Drive continuous discovery and experimentation, using data and insights to validate and iterate on solutions
  • Create alignment through clear communication, ensuring stakeholders understand priorities, progress, and impact

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you ideally bring experience from a product team where you have worked closely with engineering and design. You are comfortable working in an Agile environment and using data and insights to guide your decisions.

  • Experience working in a product team (Product Owner / Product Manager / similar)
  • Strong understanding of Agile ways of working
  • Ability to work with data, experimentation, and user insights
  • Fluency in English
  • Please note: this role is positioned at a junior to mid-level, with a focus on candidates who are still growing into end-to-end Product Ownership within a digital environment.
