About this Position
As Global Operations Controller (AFO) within HAT, you act as a business partner to stakeholders, delivering financial expertise, driving global controlling standards, leading financial analysis in key global projects, and ensuring standardized planning, reporting, and performance steering across regions and production sites.
You will report to the Head of Operations Controlling and collaborate with a diverse and international team.
What you’ll do
- Define, harmonize, and continuously improve global plant controlling standards and documentation, including the development of guidelines and standardized templates across regions and production sites.
- Drive standardized planning processes for production sites, including target-setting methodologies, and support initiatives such as standard costing and production benchmarking.
- Act as a key stakeholder in cross-functional global projects and digital initiatives by shaping concepts, providing financial guidance, and developing actionable plans.
- Moderate and coordinate global plant controlling calls, fostering knowledge sharing and best practice exchange.
- Ensure high-quality, consistent reporting and governance of tools and BI systems by validating data integrity, supporting system enhancements, and addressing stakeholder requirements.
- Develop and enhance operational reporting to enable data-driven decision-making, including identifying opportunities to automate and streamline reporting.
- Support performance steering through targeted financial analyses and insights for Operations and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to month-end closing and ensure accurate global production reporting within BI systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in Plant Controlling or Supply Chain Controlling is a strong asset.

- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Excel).
