The Digital Consumer Connections Manager defines and drives HEINEKEN’s end-to-end consumer engagement strategy across owned and paid media. You will be leveraging first-party data, MarTech, and advanced analytics to deliver measurable business impact. In addition you ensures effective governance, adoption, and continuous evolution of consumer engagement platforms and capabilities across markets. You act as the critical link between business, marketing, and technology, combining strategic direction with hands-on activation.
