DIGITAL BRAND WEBSITE MANAGER - MULTIDIVISION

CDMO - Consumer Engagement

L'Oréal has been a world leader in the cosmetics business for more than 100 years and has grown into one of the largest FMCG companies in the world. With international brands such as L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, Kérastase, Lancôme, Giorgio Armani and Vichy, we offer relevant products for every consumer.

Central to the brands’ Digital acceleration, the Chief Digital Marketing Office (CDMO) consists of Consumer Engagement, Customer & Market Insights, Consumer Care, E-commerce, Media & Advocacy. The team works with L’Oréal’s brand teams, partners such as Google & Facebook, our agencies across Digital media, Social, CRM and creative, and our global CDMO team in Paris, with innovation a key focus for L’Oréal Benelux.

Who are we looking for?

Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital brand experiences? Do you thrive at the intersection of consumer engagement, cutting-edge technology, and data-driven strategy? L'Oréal Benelux is seeking a Digital Brand Websites Manager to drive seamless, engaging, and relevant digital experiences on our brand websites that truly resonate with our consumers.

As part of the L’Oréal Digital (CDMO) team, you will collaborate closely with brand teams across the divisions. Your role will include:

  • Lead the strategic shift of Brand websites: Prepare our websites for a new era where consumers and AI co-exist at the heart of our digital presence. Define a “consumer and AI-first” roadmap, transforming our brand websites to deeply engage consumers AND to be key sources that fuel Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT.
  • Elevate user experience & operational efficiency: Continuously enhance websites for engaging, intuitive experiences and drive operational efficiency.
  • Analytical & data-driven direction: Own website analytics to monitor performance and inform and influence your stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
  • Digital innovation and entrepreneurship: Guide our brands through the digital evolution, ensuring our websites are at the forefront of innovation. One of the key topics is the optimization of our brand website for LLMs, to make sure our brands are visible and cited by these AI platforms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, championing the role of brand websites within marketing ambitions and 360-plans.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A Master’s degree
  • 3+ years’ demonstrated experience in digital. Experience in web UX/UI is a plus.
  • Interest in AI and a deep curiosity for understanding and shaping the evolving digital landscape.
  • Strong project management & communication skills
  • Experience with fast and effective internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Organized, great attention to detail and highly motivated
  • Knowledge of Google analytics
  • Fluent in English & native in Dutch (this is a must-have)

What do we offer?

When you start at L'Oréal, you get a great deal of responsibility from day one. To develop, we offer an introduction program and an individual training program. Training can be locally or at the global headquarters in Paris. An enriching experience where you will meet international peers.

And furthermore, you will find with us:

  • An inspiring work environment with ambitious colleagues;
  • A healthy career perspective with good development and career opportunities;
  • A competitive salary which is adjusted on an annual basis in case of good performance;
  • Good secondary employment conditions, such as a 13th month, profit sharing, discount on medical expenses and a favorable pension scheme;
  • Discount on L'Oréal products

Finally, a great added value of working at L'Oréal is that you will be working with so many different people and functions. This offers you the opportunity to broaden your knowledge about different stakeholders.
