Philips is hiring for a Supply Chain Officer role.

Job Description

Your role:

  • Managing carrier performance and last-mile delivery through our carrier platform, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer orders
  • Monitoring shipment tracking, delivery KPIs, and exception handling to proactively resolve delivery issues
  • Managing and coordinating all inventory movements between our retail store, pop-up locations, external warehouses, and central distribution centers
  • Monitoring and improving inventory accuracy across ERP and WMS systems for all sales channels by leading and executing cycle counts and stock audits in line with internal control standards (ICS)
  • Acting as the key contact for logistics service providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management
  • Experience in an omnichannel or e-commerce environment is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP/WMS systems
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and communication
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
