What you´ll do

  • Global Supply Chain Experience: Immerse yourself in the dynamic world of supply chain controlling within the Henkel Consumer Brands Division, gaining valuable insights into global operations and processes, investments and sustainability.
  • Collaboration with International Stakeholders: Work closely with various international stakeholders and departments, fostering collaboration and communication to ensure the seamless flow of information and efficient decision-making.
  • Global Finance Supply Chain Projects: Contribute to and support global finance supply chain projects, including efficiency improvements, success analysis and harmonization. Gain hands-on experience in project management and execution.
  • Continuous improvement: Develop a proactive, analytical mindset by continuously seeking ways to improve supply chain controlling processes. Embrace a problem-solving approach to identify inefficiencies, challenge the status quo, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Operational KPI Monitoring: Support in monitoring, steering, and contributing to the further development of operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance the overall performance of the supply chain.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Relevant work or internship experiences are a plus!
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; (Power BI is a plus)
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Team player with strong analytical skills
  • Pro-active mindset with a commitment to delivering quality results within established timelines.
  • Available for a full-time internship starting July 2026.
