Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team in the National Distribution Center (NDC) in Etten-Leur at Media Markt Hoofdkantoor, within HQ - Supply Chain & Logistics.

Are you eager to start your career in Supply Chain and do you enjoy working in a fast-paced operational environment? In this role, you will focus primarily on supplier performance and operational coordination. Together with a team of 4 colleagues and the Warehouse Lead, you will ensure suppliers deliver according to plan, operational issues are resolved quickly, and inbound processes continue to run smoothly.

You will play a key role in maintaining supply chain performance and identifying opportunities for structural improvement.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring suppliers deliver according to agreements
• Managing and resolving operational tickets related to deliveries, shortages, overages, and booking issues
• Coordinating with suppliers, buyers, warehouse operations and internal stakeholders
• Monitoring inbound delivery flows and forecasts
• Following up on delivery discrepancies and operational escalations
• Tracking KPIs and reporting on supplier and operational performance
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations

• Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Strong communication skills and confident in managing different stakeholders
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
• Educational background in Logistics or Supply Chain is considered a plus
• Basic knowledge of Excel is required
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• Good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus
