Who you are

You are an enthusiastic professional who knows how to get things done. You work in a structured manner, stay positive under pressure, and enjoy maintaining contacts with both colleagues and vendors. You have a proactive mindset and a natural talent for financial administration.

  • you hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
  • you have between 0 to 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
  • you are proficient in Excel and have a sound understanding of accounting procedures
  • you are patient, empathetic, and able to build effective internal and external relationships

What will you do

In this role, you are the key person responsible for reviewing and processing all incoming invoices. You verify accuracy, enter data into the system, and resolve any discrepancies immediately. You act as the essential link between local offices and the payment team.

  • you assemble, review, and verify all incoming invoices and payment requests for accuracy
  • you accurately enter invoices into the system and archive all required supporting documentation
  • you investigate and resolve invoice issues by communicating directly with vendors
  • you maintain effective communication with local offices regarding payment statuses

Where will you work

You’ll join a forward-thinking tech company with a global footprint. The team is international and supportive. You’ll collaborate with experts around the world.

You will join a direct team of two colleagues who need your support. This team is part of a larger finance department of about twenty people. The environment is fast-moving and very active. You will work closely with many different people and handle multiple tasks at the same time. This requires strong coordination and quick follow-up. We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges and can manage a busy workload with a positive attitude.
