Who you are

As an Insides Sales Representative you are a vital part of the team. The company is looking for a talented and driven professional, possessing the following qualities:

• A Bachelor's degree in Sales, International Business or a related field
• Command of the English (minimum B2 level) and German (native level; C2) languages
• Self-motivated and commercially minded
• Ability to maintain a clear overview in a ever-changing organization

What will you do

In this role, you'll be the engine behind the German and Austrian sales operations. Your mission includes:

• Cultivate loyalty: build and maintain lasting relationships that keep customers coming back
• Hunt for growth: proactively scout and secure new business to broaden the reach
• Smash targets: drive the expansion in the German and Austrian automotive market by consistently hitting and exceeding goals
• Talk shop: use your genuine automotive interest to understand and solve customer challenges
• Set the standard: lead the push for sales excellence through sharp communication and smart strategy
