As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will join our Growth Marketing team to drive impact across the NL/BE/PL/SK (Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, and Slovakia) region. We are looking for someone to Lead by owning market performance, Deliver through commercial targets, and Care by collaborating in our inclusive team environment. You will primarily focus on Affiliate Marketing while staying agile enough to support other paid channels, helping us empower every food moment around the world.
These are some of the key components to the position:
Own and prioritise partnerships, budgets, and performance metrics within your dedicated markets.
Deliver against commercial targets to ensure sustained growth for our regional brands.
Drive excellence by identifying and testing new growth opportunities with a proactive mindset.
Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives within the wider marketing community to share success.
Support strategic projects and maintain high standards for best-in-class marketing campaigns.
Communicate performance results and insights to key stakeholders across the business.
What will you bring to the team?
Proven experience in performance marketing channels with a passion for specialising in Affiliates.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets and Tableau to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Solid understanding of tracking technologies and logic, such as cookies and attribution.
Ability to shift gears between Affiliate Marketing and other channels like Paid Search, SEO, and Display.
Fluent English skills; additional proficiency in Dutch, French, or Polish is a significant advantage.
A "test and learn" mentality focused on finding innovative solutions for business growth.
