The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced Medior Scrum Master to join our team in Apeldoorn.

As a Medior Scrum Master, your main responsibilities will include:

• Coaching and mentoring multidisciplinary, self-organizing Scrum teams in software development and engineering
• Facilitating Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies to maximize team performance and output
• Supporting the teams in requirements analysis, architecture, design, testing, validation, and product demonstrations
• Acting as a proactive facilitator, helping teams navigate changing circumstances while understanding their technical context
• Driving continuous improvement in team performance, delivery quality, and cost efficiency
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, alignment, and delivery of high-quality software

Your Profile

• this role requires Dutch security clearance due to work in the defence sector, please note that only candidates who meet government eligibility requirements for this screening can be considered
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO) in a technical field, with affinity for high-tech engineering
• At least 5 years of recent, relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum framework, with experience coaching and mentoring teams
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Understanding of software development technologies, including Java and C++
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of motivating and guiding teams
• Team player with a collaborative mindset, passion and a focus on continuous improvement

Working Conditions

• Permanent contract
