In this role, you will lead strategic, ERP-enabled business transformation across Philips’ end-to-end supply chain landscape. You will be responsible for simplifying complex global processes and systems, driving harmonization across enterprise functions, businesses and regions, and ensuring reliable execution, regulatory compliance, and strong business adoption.

The role combines business architecture, large-scale program leadership, and change management to translate strategic priorities into a multi-year transformation roadmap across process, data, technology, and people. Working closely with executive leadership, functional business process owners, IT, and regional stakeholders, you will govern critical design and deployment decisions, manage delivery risk, and ensure sustainable value realization through transformation and stabilization.

This position requires deep expertise in global ERP enabled business transformation, supply chain process standardization, and operating model change. You will play a critical role in shaping the future backbone process landscape, building organizational capability, and enabling the long-term adoption of standardized and fit-for-purpose ways of working.

Your role:

  • Lead global, ERP-enabled supply chain transformation across end-to-end processes including Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Order Management and Customer Service, driving harmonized processes, controls, and ways of working across businesses, functions, and markets.
  • Drive simplification, standardization, and automation-by-design principles across the transformation portfolio.
  • Own the end-to-end transformation roadmap for the domain, covering process, data, technology, governance, and organizational readiness, and translate strategic priorities into a practical multi-year deployment plan.
  • Lead global template design and process standardization, ensuring regulatory, financial, quality, and compliance requirements are embedded into process models, ERP solutions, controls, and role design.
  • Drive business architecture and process-to-system alignment in partnership with enterprise functions, IT and BPE, ensuring process intent is accurately reflected in ERP configuration, data objects, integrations, and operating procedures.
  • Establish and lead robust transformation governance, including scope management, design authority, change control, dependency management, risk management, and executive decision support.
  • Oversee major deployment milestones including solution validation, UAT, cutover readiness, hypercare, and stabilization to ensure successful go-lives and sustainable business adoption.
  • Lead change management and business readiness activities, including stakeholder alignment, training strategy, communications, local deployment readiness, and incorporation of feedback into continuous improvement.
  • Track performance, adoption, and benefits realization through KPIs and operational measures, using insights to improve execution reliability, service, quality, and user experience.
  • Partner with senior leadership to resolve critical transformation issues, align cross-functional priorities, and influence enterprise decisions that shape future process and systems capabilities.
  • Build long-term organizational capability by fostering Communities of Practice, supporting talent development and succession planning, and embedding standardized, scalable ways of working.
  • Monitor external trends and leading practices in supply chain, ERP, and digital transformation to continuously improve competitiveness, resilience, and business value.

You're the right fit if you have:

  • 20+ years of experience in global program leadership, business transformation, change management, business process management, and ERP-enabled transformation.
  • Proven success leading large-scale, international ERP transformation programs, ideally including template-based deployments across multiple countries, business units, and functions.
  • Deep experience in SAP and S/4HANA transformation, including process design, rollout governance, deployment planning, cutover, stabilization, and value realization.
  • Strong business architecture capability and can translate strategic business priorities into scalable process, data, and technology solutions.
  • Broad end-to-end supply chain knowledge spanning planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, order management, and customer service.
  • Experience leading complex stakeholder environments and influencing senior executives across business and IT functions.
  • Strong capability in process harmonization, simplification, controls design, and continuous improvement in regulated and operationally complex environments.
  • Experience in ERP risk management, transition management, and contingency planning for business-critical deployments.
  • A solid understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, testing, data readiness, and deployment dependencies.
  • A track record of building high-performing teams, developing talent, and driving organizational adoption during large-scale transformation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common transformation agenda.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in program management, architecture, agile, or change leadership are considered a plus.
