What you'll do

As Customer Service Lead, you will:

• Improve customer service and efficiency.

• Work closely with the team manager.

• Provide support to the team as needed.

• Create the team schedule.

• Manage customer service related to partners, including handling claims payments.

About you

• 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service or leading a team.

• Excellent communicator in Dutch; English proficiency is a strong plus.

• Data-driven: confident using metrics and tools.

• Proactive and entrepreneurial—ready to pitch and implement improvements.

• Passionate about sustainability and eager to advance Peddler’s mission.
