Teamleader Manufacturing Engineering

As a Team Lead Manufacturing Engineering, you play a key role in the development and continuous improvement of our production processes. You lead the team of Manufacturing Engineers and are responsible for preparing (new) products for efficient and effective production.

Together with your team, you guide new products toward production, assess designs for manufacturability, and manage NPI (New Product Introduction) projects. In addition, you initiate and implement improvements within the production process to further enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability.

You are part of the Engineering Management Team and report to the Engineering Manager. Together with fellow managers, you lead the entire engineering team and determine the strategic direction of Engineering. In this role, you work closely with the Manager Account Engineering, Purchasing Manager, Unit Managers, and the Quality Manager.

  • Knowledge of and experience with PCB assembly and electronics assembly is a plus.

  • Work experience in our industry or demonstrable technical affinity and interest.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
