We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Sports Medicine (Northern Europe) to drive the execution of the Sports Medicine marketing strategy across Northern Europe (Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway).

In this highly visible role, you will combine strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams to drive portfolio growth, strengthen customer engagement and deliver impactful marketing initiatives in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

  • Execute the regional marketing strategy and translate it into actionable plans and field activities.

  • Develop customer and market insights to shape value propositions and identify growth opportunities.

  • Lead sales enablement initiatives, including training, tools and field support.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key stakeholders.

  • Drive product positioning, segmentation and messaging aligned with customer needs.

  • Support forecasting, pricing strategies and business planning, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing) to ensure execution excellence.

  • Track performance metrics, analyze results and continuously optimize marketing activities.

What you have:

Essential requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, in product marketing or commercial roles in the medical sector

  • Fluent in English, another regional language would be a plus

  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environments

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

  • Proactive, adaptable and collaborative mindset with strong ownership.

Preferred requirements

  • Experience in Sports Medicine or Pharmaceutical industries

  • MBA or Master’s degree

  • Experience in downstream marketing and field-based activities

  • Familiarity with European healthcare systems and market dynamics

  • Experience in sales training or sales enablement initiatives
