They develop the next generation of the Agentic Enterprise Platform, a platform that organizations need to be successful in a rapidly evolving market. It allows our customers to create smarter software leveraging agentic AI, with a great developer and end-user experience.

About the role

Product Manager

You’ll Help Drive Digital Innovation By:

• Working with customers to deliver a portfolio of Agentic Enterprise orchestration capabilities that delivers the most value for our customers.
• Ensuring our AI smart assistant - Maia - offers the best orchestration generation possible.
• Working on the business orchestration capabilities of the Mendix platform, primarily via our BPMN compatible workflows and microflows.
• As part of a Siemens DI SW Product organization, drive customer and business value by defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps that translate market opportunities into measurable outcomes.
• By closely collaborating with stakeholders, the product manager leads the product journey from initial ideation through launch and beyond.

• You have proven experience in product management of platforms, frameworks & developer experiences, and have defined product vision, strategy & roadmap for a (portfolio of) product(s) before.
• You have a proven track record of innovating for and together with customers, including management of product-market fit for your products.
• You enjoy meeting your colleagues several times per week in a modern office in Rotterdam.

Bonus:

• Background in the domain of generative AI, agentic AI or business process orchestration, either through your education, your work experience in the area of software development, or your personal projects.
