We’re on the hunt for a Product Manager II to join our Retail product team, to set the strategic direction and lead the design and launch of core AI-driven features that help merchants save time. You’ll decide and advocate for what opportunities make the biggest impact—and ensure it gets prioritized.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Crafting feature and scope definitions that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Prioritizing and managing the team’s work backlog to maximize value.
  • Creating clear product delivery plans and requirements, collaborating closely with technical teams.
  • Driving the implementation and execution of the team’s roadmap.
  • Gathering insights from customers, internal stakeholders, and market trends to shape product direction.
  • Contributing to and evaluating new product concepts for future roadmap consideration.
  • Collaborating with Go-to-Market teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Defining and tracking metrics to measure product success.
  • Communicating value delivery clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record in product management for SaaS products at scale.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Expertise in product management and development life cycles, delivering high-quality software on time.
  • Experience applying AI to deliver value to customers in ways previously unimaginable.
  • Proficiency in leading and managing cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Strong ability to facilitate discovery, solutioning, and alignment discussions.
  • Solid understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping.
  • Experience with market research tools and techniques.
  • English at C1 level or higher.

  • Experience in the retail or ecommerce industry.
  • A demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic product visions.
