System Analyst - Workday Absence & Time Tracking (f/m/x)

We are looking for a System Analyst - Workday Absence & Time Tracking (f/m/x) to join our Organisation and Development Team, which focuses on improving AUTO1's capability through the alignment of strategy, structure, people, systems, metrics, and management processes in our AUTO1 Group People Department. Your new role

• Own, optimize, and maintain the Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules
• Manage configuration changes, enhancements, and resolve issues
• Lead implementation activities from requirements gathering to rollout
• Support implementation and potential ownership of Workday Scheduling
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure strong integration with other Workday modules and systems

Your skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence modules
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional issues
• Experience with system testing and release management
• Background working in global or multi-country environments and strong stakeholder management
• Good understanding of Absence and Time Tracking module touchpoints and dependencies
