As our Outbound Logistics Coordinator (Supply Chain Coordinator Outbound), you’ll play a key role in ensuring every order reaches the right place, at the right time. About the role

As our Supply Chain Coordinator Outbound, you’ll ensure that Dopper products move smoothly from our warehouse to customers around the world. You’ll work closely with logistics partners, internal teams, and key accounts to keep deliveries efficient, reliable, and aligned with our sustainability standards.

What will you be doing?

  • Take ownership of all outbound logistics operations.
  • Align customer and country-specific delivery requirements with our logistics partners.
  • Coordinate with printing, transport, and warehousing partners; monitor performance and ensure operations align with Dopper’s sustainability standards.
  • Monitor and resolve escalations, delivery disruptions, and operational issues.
  • Work closely with Customer Support to maintain a smooth order-to-delivery process.
  • Collaborate with Sales and customers to process Key Account orders with specific requirements.
  • Identify improvements in outbound processes to increase efficiency and reduce issues.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure products are always available across marketplaces.
  • Coordinate the installation of the Dopper Water Tap, ensuring proper planning and partner alignment.

About you

  • Preferably you have some experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination.
  • You’re highly organised and able to manage multiple partners and priorities at once.
  • You enjoy solving operational challenges and improving processes.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate easily across teams.
  • You care about sustainability and want to contribute to a mission-driven brand.
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English.
