HEINEKEN is looking for a Health & Wellbeing expert to help shape and deliver its global agenda, supporting the physical, mental, and social health of employees across all regions and operating companies.

In this role, you will translate strategy into impactful, scalable programs that promote, prevent, and protect employee health, while ensuring access to quality care when needed. Working closely with global and local stakeholders, you will help develop and implement health standards, risk reduction initiatives, and global reporting frameworks, while strengthening local networks and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own the health of employees across the physical, mental, and social domains, delivered through programs, clinical governance, contract management, and workforce capacity building to promote, prevent, and protect health while assuring appropriate access to treatment in case of illness or injury.
  2. Work closely with the Global Health & Wellbeing Manager (CMO) to project manage (part of) projects across HEINEKEN impacting all employees and all functions, operating companies, and regions; act as a specialist/expert providing professional support within function, operating company, and region, including procedural work with a broad scope and complex systems.
  3. Define and develop unified standards and protocols for occupational health based on health risk assessments, in line with global best practice and local legal requirements.
  4. Develop locally adaptable health risk reduction program(s) and implement globally, including standardized global reporting and monitoring.
  5. Lead prevention and health promotion programs, leveraging local expertise and networks.
  6. Assure equitable access to internal and external healthcare services across operating companies through direct service delivery and/or health insurance schemes.
  7. Continue reviewing and updating global health policies, standards, and protocols.

Experience & Profile

  • Education: University level - Medical/Health

  • Work experience: 5–10 years

  • Required work experience in field of expertise: Demonstrated experience in health & wellbeing management in a large multinational company (preferably FMCG)

  • Other fields of expertise: International health management

  • Functional skills: Medical/health degree, experience with reporting and management systems, knowledge of industry trends

  • Languages: English, full proficiency

  • Communication skills: Manages relationships with stakeholders (with conflicting interests) on strategic and tactical level; communicates through understanding, influencing and/or serving others and requires more than facts to win arguments and influence others; interaction with others requires social skills and the ability to understand and influence others.
