Starting in September 2026, you can become a part of the Best Internship in Retail (BIIR) Program, alongside 50+ fellow interns.

YOUR TASKS

As an Ecommerce Data Analyst Intern, you’ll support our Ecommerce and Omnichannel teams in driving data-informed decisions across our digital, marketplace and retail channels. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment, contributing to real business impact.

A major focus of your internship will be supporting our budget planning and year-end closing processes. You’ll be deeply involved in financial modeling, dashboard updates, and performance reporting. We’re looking for someone with advanced Excel skills, strong experience with Power Query, and the ability to automate and model large datasets. While an understanding of financial principles and P&L (Profit & Loss) statements would be a big plus, strong skills in dashboarding and data analysis are especially important for this role.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ecommerce, IT, Merchandise, Finance, and Third Parties) to align data insights with business goals.
  • Assist in translating Ecommerce operational data into actionable strategies and performance improvements.
  • Support budgeting, year-end closing, and cost control processes for Ecommerce and Omni-Channel operations.
  • Update dashboards and reporting tools to reflect new KPIs and commercial targets.
  • Help set new targets and KPIs for the upcoming fiscal period.
  • Forecast outbound and inbound shipments to ensure warehouse capacity planning aligns with demand.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards (SAC, Looker, Tableau) to monitor KPIs and commercial performance.
  • Participate in automating reporting processes to improve data quality and reduce manual workload.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Support performance reporting across Ecommerce and Omni-Channel initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data and Ecommerce.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or SAC) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power Query, SQL or Python is a bonus.
  • Solid understanding of finance and P&L statements.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required.

What do we offer you?

  • The Best Internship in Retail (BIIR): Be a part of an exceptional internship program with 50+ fellow interns, filled with diverse learning opportunities such as Personal Branding and Business Innovation & Presenting trainings, the CEO Q&A, a Dragons’ Den, and more.
  • An Assigned Buddy: Personal coaching from your buddy to discover your potential, guide your growth and build your network, within an empowering, playful and inclusive work environment.
  • Work From Home (WFH) Policy: For 40-hour internships, you are allowed to work from home up to 2 days per week, depending on the nature of your role. During onboarding, WFH days may vary to better support your learning and training.
  • Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).
  • Travel Allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.
  • Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop, plus company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks.

Eligibility Criteria

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2026. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

  • You are an EU citizen.

  • You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
