Over de functie

Als Medewerker klantenservice ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de administratieve en commerciële ondersteuning van onze verkooporganisatie binnen Europa. Je werkt nauw samen met salesvertegenwoordigers, ziekenhuizen en distributeurs om het volledige order- en klantproces soepel en compliant te laten verlopen. Dankzij jouw professionaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichte houding zorg je ervoor dat onze commerciële teams optimaal kunnen presteren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

• Het fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor ziekenhuiscommunicatie rondom orderverwerking, inclusief naleving van interne SOX‑ en auditvereisten.
• Het ondersteunen van salesvertegenwoordigers bij het opstellen van klantoffertes en de opvolging daarvan.
• Het coördineren en beheren van klantovereenkomsten.
• Het verwerken van ziekenhuisregistraties en administratieve taken binnen het AtriCure‑systeem.
• Het beheren van het trunk‑stockprogramma voor salesvertegenwoordigers, inclusief kwartaalcontroles en compliancerapportages.
• Het bieden van brede administratieve ondersteuning aan het salesteam wanneer nodig.

Wat jij meebrengt

• Minimaal twee jaar ervaring in sales support, accountmanagement of een vergelijkbare commerciële ondersteunende rol.
• Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Engels én een andere Europese taal (bij voorkeur Duits en/of Frans).
• Goede beheersing van Microsoft Office en ervaring met ERP‑systemen (bij voorkeur MS Dynamics GP of vergelijkbaar).
• Een proactieve, zelfstandige werkstijl met scherp oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid.
• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te schakelen tussen ad‑hoc taken en terugkerende processen.
• Een bewezen track record in samenwerken binnen diverse teams.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Support Representative is responsible for providing comprehensive support to all AtriCure sales representatives and territories. This role involves direct interaction with hospital purchasing and administrative teams, as well as distributors, to facilitate the sale of our products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital communications related to customer order processing, ensuring compliance with internal SOX and auditing requirements.
• Assist sales representatives with customer quotes and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate all customer agreements.
• Assist sales representatives with hospital registrations and administration in the AtriCure system.
• Manage the sales representative trunk stock program, including quarterly reconciliations and compliance checks.
• Provide additional administrative support to the sales team as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least two years of experience in sales support, account management, or a related field.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and another European language, preferably French.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (MS Dynamics GP or a comparable ERP).
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and proactiveness.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and shift seamlessly from ad-hoc tasks to long-term recurring responsibilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others.
