We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on Marketing Lead Germany to drive our presence across the DE/AT region and beyond. In this role, you won't just follow a roadmap – you’ll be the one drawing it. From high-level media strategy to on-the-ground event execution, you will be the engine behind our brand's success in Germany, Austria, and new international frontiers.
You work closely together with the German and Dutch marketing team to create, develop, execute and evaluate marketing initiatives. Ideally, you are a data-driven marketeer, with knowledge of the different online marketing platforms.
What will you do:
Take a lead role in crafting and refining our DE/AT media strategy. You’ll balance online and offline channels to ensure we reach consumers with maximum impact and efficiency.
Coordinate the local execution of marketing campaigns for DE/AT. You’ll adapt global content to fit local nuances, collaborating closely with HQ, Sales, and external partners.
Step up as the Marketing project lead for expansion markets like Spain and France.
Lead consumer research initiatives across multiple markets, turning data into actionable strategies.
Monitor and report on critical KPIs for all international campaigns. Act as the project lead for the DE/AT marketing budget, maintaining a sharp eye on online and offline spend to keep us on track and effective.
Own the end-to-end execution of trade shows and events in DE/AT – from the initial creative concept and logistics to on-site marketing and follow-up.
You are passionate about our mission and want to help us turn the personal care industry upside down.
You come with a holistic commercial mindset, meaning the ability to think beyond individual campaigns and take a country-level perspective, aligning marketing activities with sales priorities and ensuring coherent market coverage.
You bring a minimum of 3 years of working experience – you have a deep understanding of the DE/AT consumer landscape, but your curiosity makes you equally effective when launching initiatives in other markets.
You don't just run ads; you understand the why behind the what. You are comfortable diving into ROI, ROAS, and lead generation data.
You’re a pro at staying organized, achieving goals, and juggling multiple projects at once.
You are based in the Netherlands, and fluent in German and English.
You're ready to jump in and join our team from mid May - mid Oct 2026 for a temporary period (coverage of maternity leave).
