We are looking for a Global Strategic Projects Intern to join our crew in Amsterdam & Rotterdam!

Our team operates at the core of DEPT® Global, driving the foundational initiatives that keep our organization running, evolving, and staying ahead of the curve.

Being a Strategic Projects intern isn’t your typical, one-size-fits-all role. You will become a vital part of our team working on cross-functional strategic initiatives, while also being given the unique opportunity to dedicate part of your time to a core pillar of DEPT®’s internal operations (such as Finance, Operations, Commercial or Impact). You get to align your work with your strengths, and you'll be trusted as a full team member from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fuel organizational evolution: Play an active role in delivering DEPT®’s key internal initiatives, from process improvements to launching new workflows, automation, and AI-assisted tools.
  • Drive projects from start to finish: Take real ownership of ongoing initiatives, guiding them from initial research and coordination all the way through to successful execution.
  • Navigate a dynamic, dual-focus role: Balance your time between your dedicated department and cross-functional global projects, managing your priorities like a pro.
  • Translate strategy into action: Craft clear, compelling deliverables (like presentations and project roadmaps) and collaborate with diverse teams across the business to keep momentum going and get things done.

  • The right availability: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s (penultimate or final year) or Master’s program at a Dutch university, and you are ready to join us for a 6-month adventure starting in September 2026 or February 2027 for 32–40 hours per week.
