About the role

As a Sourcing SQR Business Improvement Project Management Intern, you will be part of the SQR Business Improvement Team, driving long-term strategy and supporting cross-functional projects within the SQR department.

Our Sourcing, Quality & Regulatory (SQR) team ensures that we are the best supplier for our customers & the best customer for our suppliers by securing availability, quality and compliancy of Rituals products worldwide.

As an Intern for Project Management, your work plays a key role in driving Rituals’ growth by strengthening end-to-end processes. Collaborating with diverse teams, you support the SQR Program Manager in delivering strategic programs that drive cost savings, optimize product lifecycle management, and elevate quality and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• You will be exposed to key aspects of project management, including planning and tracking of projects and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• You can develop a solid understanding of project management fundamentals, such as planning, coordination, and execution across different phases of a project.
• You will learn how to effectively use project management tools, communicate with stakeholders, and adapt to shifting priorities in a professional environment.

Guidance

• You will be supported with a clear task structure, hands-on experience, and regular feedback throughout your involvement in projects within our department.
• You will be supported in gaining confidence, taking ownership of tasks, and understanding how structured project work drives business success.

Bring all of you

• HBO / WO student in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or Business Administration (enrolled during internship).
• Strong data fluency (Excel & PPT mandatory; familiarity with other systems are a plus).
• Analytical and research mindset, able to turn data into insights.
• Clear communication skills (English required; Dutch/other EU languages a plus).
• Interest in the beauty/cosmetics sector.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams.
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to contribute to a fast-growing global brand.
