In this role, you search for the right candidates for specific vacancies while simultaneously building a strong talent pool. This ensures that we not only attract talent, but also connect them to Nedap for the long term.
As a Talent Sourcer, you thrive on finding the proverbial needle in a haystack. You have a sharp understanding of the labour market and understand the needs of our market groups. You know what’s happening, what’s changing, and where future challenges lie. Based on these insights, you adapt your sourcing strategy. You think ahead, know how to excite and engage candidates, and actively build a strong talent pool. Your strength lies in spotting talent and maintaining lasting relationships.
Sourcing
Actively searching for suitable candidates via LinkedIn and relevant job platforms, under the guidance of recruiters.
Talent pool management
Maintaining and expanding the talent pool and keeping candidates engaged through regular contact.
Pre-selection
Conducting an initial screening based on role requirements, enabling recruiters to proceed with focus.
Collaboration
Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define search criteria.
Labour-market insights
Contributing to labour-market analyses by identifying trends, target groups and interesting profiles.
The recruitment team is part of the HR team within Nedap and falls under Nedap General. The team consists of corporate recruiters focused on business & IT, as well as campus recruiters. You will also work closely with our colleagues from employer branding and communications to develop targeted campaigns that help you reach your audience even more effectively. Humor, entrepreneurship, ambition, and collaboration play an important role within the team. You will receive the level of responsibility you ask for and that you aspire to.
As a student, you’ll have plenty of room to take the lead in your work. Personal leadership and ownership are central at Nedap—also for students. You’ll collaborate with passionate professionals and learn a lot along the way.
Every six months, we host the Nedap Student Day—a fun day with all interns, graduates, and working students at Nedap.
We are looking for someone who communicates effectively, switches quickly between tasks, and easily connects with different stakeholders. You are eager to learn, take responsibility when needed, and work independently. In addition, you are flexible in planning your work and able to maintain oversight, even when handling multiple tasks at once.
