Do you have the Risketeers DNA?

We are looking for young professionals who want to develop within the financial sector and possess the Risketeers DNA. Are you:

As a Risketeer, you will start immediately in our Talent Development Program, which includes an assignment at one of our clients—your future employer. You will develop your expertise in Risk, Compliance, Sustainable Finance, Data Management, and AI, while receiving intensive guidance from experienced experts and a personal mentor.

After 12 to 18 months, you will transition into a permanent position at the organization where you were placed. You will continue to be part of the Risketeers community through our Alumni Hub, where knowledge sharing, connection, and continuous development are central.

Practical requirements, such as language proficiency or availability, are specified per vacancy.

What we offer you

• Contract duration of 12-18 months
• 8.33% holiday allowance
