Wolters Kluwer is looking for a new, ambitious, and enthusiastic colleague to join the Business Unit Legal Software in Alphen Aan Den Rijn as a Technology Implementation Consultant. The Legal Software business unit develops unique business-to-business databases and tools used daily by hundreds of customers worldwide. Our customers are the legal departments of medium-sized and large corporate companies.
Job Description
You will receive intensive training on our software product while simultaneously working on our Service Desk. During this time, we will teach you to:
Listen to our customers. Your job is to ensure they can successfully use our software and to explain what is and isn’t possible.
Answer questions about our software and provide advice. The questions are mostly technical, but you don’t need deep IT knowledge — we’re happy to teach you the tricks of the trade.
Solve colleagues’ problems without complaining, since they did the same for you the day before.
Requirements
You are a recent graduate or already have some initial experience as a consultant.
You have a higher professional education (HBO) or university-level (WO) working and thinking level. Ideally, you have a background in Business Informatics or Business Administration.
You are customer-oriented and enjoy turning needs into solutions.
You communicate easily, both in English and French. Dutch is nice to have.
You enjoy maintaining contact with customers and identifying commercial opportunities.
You are skilled with MS Office, especially Excel.
You have an interest in IT, software, and computers. We see this role as an ideal stepping stone for an ambitious starter eager to grow further.
Some project-based experience with IT or Information Management would definitely help in this role!
