About this role

As our Compliance Support Specialist, you will join the Group Compliance team to focus on the "what" and "how" of business integrity. Reporting to the Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager, you’ll support our biggest ambitions by following up on integrity activities and creating engaging training materials. We’re looking for someone determined to help us stay committed to our goals while navigating regulatory requirements. You will collaborate across departments to simplify processes, ensuring we move fast while maintaining high standards. By stepping into the shoes of our partners and employees, you’ll help build a lasting impact on our global reputation.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Execute compliance procedures resulting in practical and actionable advice to the business
  • Drive excellence by assisting with the development of global compliance training and e-learning programs.
  • Deploy project management skills by managing a variety of projects within the team designed to increase collaboration and efficiency.
  • Support business stakeholders by educating them on how to mitigate risks and remain within our risk appetite.
  • Contribute to our global reporting framework, aiming high to improve our risk management outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of ethics by promoting open communication and a shared commitment to integrity.
  • Help the team succeed by collaborating on the automation of compliance processes for better efficiency.

  • Experience working in an in-house compliance role within a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Proven ability to develop training and awareness programs that help colleagues grow every day.
  • Deep interest in compliance topics like anti-bribery, sanctions, and code of conduct.
  • A proactive approach to identifying regulatory requirements and implementing relevant processes.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to act discreetly and convincingly.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the determination to own your results even when facing challenges.
