Senior Project Manager – Global Education Transformation

As Senior Project Manager – Global Education Transformation, you will lead a complex, multi-country LMS transformation within the Services Enablement portfolio at Philips.

You will be part of the Services Enablement Team organization, which is bringing together all Services Transformation related projects under a coordinated portfolio. Within this organization you will join a team of Project Managers each responsible for the delivery of defined scope within the portfolio. It is a highly motived, experienced and dedicated global team; frequently working with different countries, cultures and time zones.

Your role:

You will lead a large-scale enterprise LMS implementation and global harmonization effort, replacing and standardizing learning platforms, governance, and certification frameworks across regions and business units. This role is critical in ensuring that Education functions as a strategic enabler of patient safety, regulatory compliance, service excellence and scalable growth across Commercial, Service, and Partner ecosystems.

You will:

• Translate strategic objectives into structured, underpinned project plans with clear governance, milestones, and dependencies
• Lead global roll-outs across all business units, regions and functions.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams consisting of experts from R&D, Marketing, Business Process, IT, Philips University and Compliance
• Drive decision-making in a complex, regulated healthcare environment with significant cross-portfolio dependencies
• Ensure alignment with QMS and compliance standards, embedding learning into processes and operational governance
• Deliver measurable adoption, change impact, and operational efficiency

This is a decisive delivery leadership role — not a coordination role. It requires strong stakeholder management, negotiation capability, and the ability to create clarity and momentum in high-ambiguity environments.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a Bachelor degree and 10+ years leading complex, multi-country system implementations (enterprise LMS or comparable platform transformations), preferably in Healthcare, Services, or regulated environments.
• You have Senior-level stakeholder management and dependency management capabilities. You are a results-driven leader who challenges constructively, drives decisions, and delivers outcomes.
• You have PMP, PNP, or comparable structured certification and knowledge and experience of Agile Project Management, Scrum or SAFe.
• You have excellent English communication skills.
