Working for Warchild Our colleagues in the War Child Programmes get a high level of responsibility and independence. Country Director Programme Development Manager Field Location Manager Operations Support Manager Programme Development Advisor The general coordination of the programmes is conducted from our headquarters (HQ) in Amsterdam. HQ is home to specialists, who support the field teams with policy development and logistics. Headquarters also manages communication and fundraising and further takes care of supporting and organizational processes such as finance, ICT, HR, facilities and donation administration. War Child has high standards as it comes to professionalism and integrity. We have translated these standards in a Code of Conduct that all employees need to adhere to.
