Your mission
Your mission? To dig deep into our customers' needs right from the start and transform those insights together with the insight from the technical expert team into winning technical solutions. Balancing cutting-edge technology with competitive pricing, you’ll be the go-to person for creating concepts that not only meet but exceed expectations. As our new Sales Engineer for the PAX products, you will work in a fast evolving environment.
In this role, you’re not alone—you’ll collaborate closely with our sales managers, tackling everything from the initial pitch to sealing the deal. Next to the sales manager you will work with the PAX expert team to get the latest intel on the product. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the technical and business complexities of each project, ensuring that our proposals stand out in the market. And once the project is secured, you’ll be the bridge to our execution team, making sure that what we promise is what we deliver.

The department you will be working in, focusses PAX products that are sold globally. It is an international team with Subject matter experts, Installation specialists and project execution.

This position offers a competitive salary range of €4.700,00 to 5.700,00 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
