As engineering and consulting company, NETICS is thé expert in the field of stabilising and reusing dredged sediments. NETICS holds the expertise and unique knowledge to dewater and strengthen large quantities of dredged sediment for beneficial reuse. NETICS advises owners of sediment on the reuse of dredged sediment in water related construction projects and nature- and area development projects. By locally reusing the dredged material, construction costs, the use of raw materials and CO2 emissions can be lowered significantly.

NETICS designs structures made out of dredged material. By using in-house developed calculation models, NETICS has created innovative designs for breakwaters, dams and embankments. NETICS performs fundamental research in the field of reusing sediment. This knowledge is documented in published books, articles and scientific papers.
