As a team member of the Netherlands HR Team, you will work closely with all HR Business Partners across the Netherlands. You will be the driving force behind various HR projects and initiatives, ranging from successful onboarding to employee exits. Through this role, you will gain exposure to different business functions and employee populations across multiple Henkel locations, including the Global Supply Chain Headquarters in Amsterdam, the National Office in Utrecht, and several production sites throughout the Netherlands.
This is a dynamic and hands-on role that provides broad HR exposure and the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals. You are expected to work from both our Amsterdam and Utrecht offices on a weekly basis, for at least 60% of your working days.

What you´ll do | Wat ga je doen?
- Supporting HRBPs and managing day-to-day HR admin, HR communication and lifecycle related activities from onboarding to exit.
- Leveraging and analyzing data to support the HR Business Partners in making decisions.
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement, wellbeing, DEI, or other initiatives you are eager to contribute to).
- Being an ambassador of the intern community, managing the community and driving intern engagement initiatives and events.
What makes you a good fit | Wat maakt jou geschikt voor deze functie?
- Studying/studied HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Law, or a related field at a WO/HBO university.
- Previous experience in HR is a plus, but not a must.
- Dutch language skills are preferred.
- Excellent command of English, Dutch language skills are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open-minded, approachable, and hands-on.
- Eager to structure and optimize processes.
- Creative, analytical, and passionate about HR.
