Cargo Sales Excellence intern

As a Cargo Sales Excellence intern at KLM, the world is at your feet. Work with us to develop our Cargo Sales teams and contribute to various change programmes. You’ll meet Sales teams and leaders from around the world and become part of an exciting, dynamic and international environment within a thriving Cargo business. What will you do?

One of our key goals is to build a strong international Sales team that that feels connected to our company and to colleagues around the world, shares best practices and supports one another in delivering the customer approach we strive for. You’ll help develop international learning solutions and online workshops for Cargo Sales teams worldwide.

You’ll also support the further design and implementation of projects related to:

• Digital connectivity and new media
• Improving and managing internal communications
• Learning and Development
• Knowledge management
• Organising international online workshops

Where do you land?

You’ll be based in the Transport Building at KLM Cargo in Schiphol East. You’ll work in a dynamic environment and closely with the Sales Distribution Management team.

Your profile

We’re looking for an HBO or WO student with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who can connect and communicate with people from around the world. Previous experience in project management, particularly in implementing change, is important. You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to its success. The working language is English.

Additional requirements:

• You speak English fluently.
• You’re proactive and able to work independently.
• You’re a team player.
• You’re available for five to six months from Februari 2027.
